Postage and Delivery

Orders are sent within 2 working days, however we aim to dispatch on the same or next day wherever possible. Orders will be sent to the delivery address provided at the checkout.

UK and Northern Ireland Postage is charged at £2.95 per order (this includes VAT). This is for a first class, recorded delivery service or a courier delivery as necessary.

Western Europe Postage is charged at £4.95 for the first 2kg and £3 for each additional kg. Postage is calculated based on the packed weight of items which is displayed on our website. Items will be sent by either Royal Mail Air Mail or courier as appropriate. This rate applies to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland (Southern), Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemborg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey.

Rest of the World Postage is charged at £6.95 for the first 2kg and £6 for each additional kg. Postage is calculated based on the packed weight of items which is displayed on our website. Items will be sent by either Royal Mail Air Mail or courier as appropriate.

In the rare event of delivery prices being significantly different to those shown above at the time of booking the delivery additional charges may need to be applied. We will contact all customers to discuss delivery price variations before processing orders ready for shipment.

Returns

• Goods may be returned for any reason.
• Customers must notify Mother Natures Goodies of their intent to return goods within 7 days of receipt and then return the items within a further 21 days to the address below.
• You must include your order number, name and address and reason for return.
• We do not cover the cost of return postage for non-faulty goods and do not refund the original postage charge.
• You refund will be processed upon safe return of unwanted goods, unless the goods have been misused, opened, or are in a condition that warrants the goods non-saleable
• If goods are incorrect, faulty or unsatisfactory you must contact Mother Natures Goodies within 3 days of receipt describing the problem and we will then make arrangements. We do cover the return cost for faulty or incorrect goods.

Adverse Reactions and Medical Conditions

• As with any cosmetic product, please ensure you do a patch test when using for the first time in case of a personal sensitivity to the product.
• If you experience any adverse conditions whilst using the product, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advise
• We do not accept responsibility for sensitive reactions
• If you suffer from any medical condition or are taking any regular medications then we recommend seeking the advice of your doctor before using our products.
• We do not make any medicinal claims for our products and medical advise should always be sought before stopping taking any medications
• We do not recommend the use of essential oils during pregnancy or on the skin of babies under 2 months. Please seek the advice of a professional aromatherapist in these instances.
