Clove Bud Essential Oil
Syzygium Aromaticum
A middle note oil, steam distilled from the clove bud. Has a sweet-spicy odour and fruity fresh top note. A strong, warming, winter oil that must always be well diluted for use on the skin. Traditionally used as a muscle relaxant and soothing agent, is also known for being antiseptic, stimulating and repelling mosquitoes. Blends well with cinnamon and orange for a traditional wintry fragrance that will give some protection against winter coughs and colds.
