Who remembers eating aniseed balls as a child? Well that is the sweet, clean odour
reminiscent of liquorice that you will get from this oil. It is considered to enhance the senses and is cheering and mildly euphoric

Diluted it can be used as a rub to ease the symptoms of muscle cramps, menstural pain and digestive upsets. Remember to use aniseed essential oil sparingly in aromatherapy applications as it can trigger sensitive reactions of the skin
